Hi, I’m Caroline Ashley.

I started my interest in acupuncture with my own fertility journey in 2010, all of which I will share on my blog in future. I have undoubtedly been inspired and uplifted by the ancient art of acupuncture and how with a balance of energy we can feel so much better and do so much more. We all get stuck and we all suffer from time to time. Sometimes incredibly so.

My Approach

I have a gentle sensitive approach to acupuncture and enjoy talking with and listening to the people that come for treatment.

Experience

I studied at the London Academy of Chinese Acupuncture on a 3 year diploma course, finishing in summer 2024. I am a member of the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority and CAHMA.

Application

I have a thorough approach in traditional acupuncture and also utilise Dr Ye’s Palpation and Distal approach to acupuncture, focusing on the transporting points. I sometimes add auricular acupuncture too.
